Park & Durham employs a variety of legal staff who all work together as a team to prepare cases for trial. The firm employs intake receptionists, secretaries, legal assistants, paralegals, medical records clerks, and file clerks. The staff utilizes our customized computer legal software to store and retrieve evidence and depositions to prepare our cases for trial.
Cheryl R. Little is the Paralegal to attorney Will Durham, and is a member of the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas. Cheryl graduated in 1983 from North Harris Community College with an Associate’s Degree of Applied Science in Business Administration and Records Management. She has been employed with several law offices, beginning in 1983 with Green & Mashburn, P.C. in Conroe; Soules, Cliffe & Reed in San Antonio; and Hopkins & Corley, P.C. in Conroe. Cheryl has worked in the areas of Real Estate, Probate & Trust, Family Law, Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, Consumer & Commercial Law, and Insurance Law. She is a member of the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas. A wife and mother of three sons, Cheryl has been employed with Park & Durham since 2001. Cheryl is involved in all aspects of a client’s file from the initial meeting to preparing the case for trial and works under the direct supervision of our attorneys. She is responsible for supervision of our non-legal staff and she is an active part of the litigation team.
Morgan Newman is the Paralegal to attorney Mance Michael "Mike” Park, and is a member of the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas. Morgan grew up in Huntsville, but now lives in Willis with her family. In 2004, she completed her Paralegal Certification from Sam Houston State University. She is a member of the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas. She has been employed by Park & Durham since 2007. Prior to working with Park & Durham, she worked in The Woodlands with a law firm handling personal injury, family law, environment law and civil litigation. Morgan is an active wife and mother who is involved in the Huntsville Junior Service League where she has served as an officer and is currently serving as the sustainer liaison. Morgan is involved in all aspects of a client’s file from the initial meeting to preparing the case for trial. She works with the attorneys, medical records clerk, and file clerks together as a litigation team to effectively represent our clients. She along with the other Paralegal manages the non-legal staff at Park & Durham.
